These Terms & Conditions apply to all work carried out by Innovative Energy Systems Ltd.
2. Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days
Prices may change if the scope of work changes
Additional work will be agreed before proceeding
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of quotation. We accept various payment methods and will provide invoices for all work completed.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to request deposits for larger jobs
Late payments may incur additional charges
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations
5. Workmanship
All work will be carried out to a professional standard. Our teams are highly experienced in domestic, commercial and industrial electrical works, and every job we carry out is always completed to the highest standards. We are NAPIT approved contractors and all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations.
6. Liability
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
7. Access
Customers must provide safe and adequate access to the work area.
8. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised in line with our Complaints Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
