Clementina was very efficient and communicative and booked an appointment for an engineer (Emmanuel) to visit that same evening.
Emmanuel was incredibly polite and professional and finished the job quickly.

In a time when everyone is trying to scam you, this company is an amazing breath of fresh air!! Clementina who dealt with my initial enquiry was wonderful, she answered literally all my messages within a couple of minutes maximum which was so impressive and is so polite and approachable! Emmanuel who carried out the electrical work was also brilliant, he was so punctual and I was charged the amount I was quoted for what was a job extremely well done. Both are outstanding, so professional and I will 100% use their services in future and recommend to everyone!
